Ok i went to the gym last night with my friends, as a guest.

i did 15mins on treadmill at speed 12.5 gradually to 14.5

While they were fannying about on the weights,

for the next hour i spent on a rowing machine, Did 9000 Metres, and it said id burnt 1080 calories, SURELY this is wrong?:fcuk:

I think its, they was doing weights while YOU was fannying around doing cardio!!!

that is an estimate at best and it is proberly so so so incorect its silly!

its just an average, everyone burns calories at different weights so you would have to use specialist equipment

the most effective way to burn calories is to do weights....
