is it worth getting one of those or are they shite? are they the same as a bmc?

who knows, looks cheap and pap in the pic and not carbon fibre. Is raceland a known make?

Ive heard of Raceland Manifolds, supposed to be quite cheap but okay.

Quite a few of the manifolds floating around on here.

i have a raceland cold air intake (the green cotton copy) seems to fine, sounds very nice and as i few people told me on the forum, they wished they baught this product instead of the green cotton considering its like under half price for the mk2 vtr. :P

I probably wouldnt, but i havent got a saxo lol :) but i highly doubt it would give the bhp increases it claims....

i doubt those gains aswell, was just seeing if it was the same as a bmc at half the price.
