Stage 2/3 head!

Hello.

Got a saxo mk2, camed,chipped,remapped,decat,4-2-1,
and im planning on having some head work done?

I dont know alot about the stage 2/3 heads is it worth having it done? and where can i have it done in the midlands sumwhere?

spend the money on a vts conversion, then cam it and get a higher stage head. Way more power avaliable that way 160 bhp + easy...

vts engine + catcam 708s + QEP big valve head! far better option :D

will not give you a lot more power -not good value --£-per bhp.you have come to the point where big bucks is need to raise power a good amount,this is why the other contributors are suggesting to go 16v --all down to bang per buck
