Just got off the phone to Citroen.
Changing the manifold on my MK2 Vtr Monday, but need to move the oil filter. Got a MK1 oil filter to put on and the threaded section to join onto engine block.
Citroen are strongly advising me to not drive around without an oil pressure sensor plugged in (left as a hole once mk2 sensor taken out). I've heard on here about blocking this hole up with a bolt or brass, but Citroen say that this will leave a light on the dash as the sensor won't be reading anything on pressures inside engine. Is this true?.
Would it just be easier to get a Mocal oil filter kit which still has both parts plugged into the engine block (sensor and filter)
