move oil filter

ive a mark 2 vtr cat on manifold thinking on getting new manifold {stainless decat 4.2.1} dont know if its true but can it put a mark 1 on and all i need to do for it to fit is move the oil filter is this true and is it hard to do someone said its a bracket or something :y:
