Hi having a few problems with my exhaust joints ive now sealed them up twice but with the vibrations of the car from the lumpy cam it just keeps blowing im really looking for some solutions on this matter maybe using some mesh around the joints to hold the gum more secure or something like this any suggestion will be appreciated and if anyone else has had this problem please share thanks.

I'm guessing the gasket is missing then just drop it into an exhaust place.

Oops no its not that flange its the next one along wich goes from the cat to the center section that one is sealed pretty well, i just cant seem to stop the other ones blowing along the pipe im thinking wrapping a fine mesh around the flanges and over the putting this will also help hold it in place whilst it dries do you think this may work?

You can get some putty type stuff that should do the trick.

Is it Stainless steel??
If so the walls of the exhaust on S/S systems are very thin metal, check that you have no cracks, because thats what wasm qwrong with mine.
Also if your engine vibrates and moves alot why dont you uprate the engine mounts so that the exhaust doesnt move?
