hi ive unfortunately only got a 1.1 spi saxo at the mo, n am savin up for an engine at the mo in the meanwhile tho, i was on ebay and i noticed an item, it was a 1.4 ax gt carburetor the guy recons this could be a good performance upgrade on my 1.1, and would be able to fit. neone know what work would be involved and also wether its worth me puttin this on or stickin to fuel injection? is carburetor bette or injection? any advice would be greatful cheers

carbs are old and dont have correction for air temp and use a mechanical fuel pump and a seperate injection system which would mean you ditching your ecu and running a standalone for ignition only, plus GT is single carb twin choke, you would be better off getting a vtr conversion done, easier and cheaper and more reliable.
