They do improve the handling and they look quality imo mate, but the E-TECK or Sparco ones in red look better to me.

i have the sparco one fitted to the top but i also have the sparco one fitted to the bottom. together they improve the handling, but also consider having poly bushes if you have not got them fitted.

i never noticed a difference with top one, but i felt like i did with the lower, i had etech first time round and for me it was just for show, have an omp one this time but cars not really been out so i couldnt tell you

if you can't feel the difference have a lot at your tyre wear with them on.. Usually the tread wear is a lot more even across the tyre

Unless its purley for show I'd avoid the shiny E-tec one and simply get yourself either the Sparco or OMP item.

At present I got standard suspension and a OMP upper brace and I found a slight improvement.

If your looking for the best 'complete' suspension package then fitting both Upper and Lower Braces along with Poly Bushes and a good Suspension kit your be more than happy but its all really a question of money.

Take alook at www.rallydesign.co.uk much better price than Halfords :-)
