Im interested in getting cams for my vts but im not sure what ones to go for and what sort of gains i would get.

Also what cams can be run on the standard lifters? Are there any other parts which have to be changed aswell?

And will the cams u suggest give me any problems with emmissions at mot time.

it should pass an mot as long as its mapped right and still has the cat in place
