Not too keen on either TBH, but I'd say the top one out of the two ;)

Top one mate, or the bottom without the flame treatment in 4" as it doesnt show the size. Imo flame treatment is for jap cars but the jap backboxes do look good just plain on saxos, love the piper ones not too big. Personally i would have two 3.5" inward rolled pipes as ive given you my opinion on those ;)

Personally I prefer the second one, however I wouldnt get an exhaust from powerflow as they are purely for sound.

I like the top one as long as you have one at both side, I was thinking about getting this tail pipe if I went for a custom system. Also like the jap box on some saxo's, although it depends how they are fitted. I like them when the come out at an angle.

:y: thanks for the feed back lads, what do you think a twin exit in a 3.5 without the flame tip but coming out at a slight angle? or will i look like a pratt? for the top 1 powerflow quoted me £450 just for the back box:omg:

Personally if I was getting the jap box I'd only get a single one rather than twin exit. Also no flame.

If your looking for a dual exit (tailpipe/can either side of the car) then I would go for the upsweept.

The Saxo is alittle bit too short for a dual exit Jap style cans, although smaller 3"-3.5" single round either side look ok.

I personally quite like the dual-plex system for the 106 dual twin tailpipes in a BMW M3 style which is slick but still fairly street sleeper.

As long as the pipe work is good with no 90angles then I don't see how a Powerflow could be just for sound. If its straight pipe work from say the manifold back replacing the cat it should perform as any other manifold exhaut, branded or not.

Ive got a 3" Jap can Im still debaiting wether to fit as a stright through setup to replace my Janspeed cat back system.

I have a 3.5" Scorpion Duplex box, does cost around £300 though, but better than powerflow C**p

I always thought powerflow were good, only exhaust ive seen in tests actualy gain anything worth while on a little engine like a vtr, some actualy lost power, rest were basicly not worth the money

Unless your looking at the whole bigger picture of perfect induction, perfect Manifolds the gains and losses from just a exhaust system on a standard engine are pretty small (single figures).

I mean if we was talking turbo figures a exhaust could (could) add double figures but most exhaust chooices are down to personal preferance in realation to tailpipe design.

Somepeople like sutle 3" the biggest others like in your face twin 5" jap cans.
There will always be Someone who won't like it :-) but if we was all the same Ginger people would be normal :-) Scarey thought that
