Right, looking for the next engine upgrade to get a bit more power, but don't know what route to go down.

So far I have:
BMC CDA enclosed induction
Carworx 4-1 Manifold (heatwrapped)
Piper Decat pipe
Powerflow S/S center pipe
Jap Backbox

Don't want a VTS engine, as I'm not keepin the car all that long (evo 8 within the year - c'mon!!! nearly saved). Just something in the meantime.

Thought maybe cams, remap etc,

What would someone recommend who's been in same situation of weanting more powerfrom a vtr.

Defo a high lift cam is next with a re-mapped ECU. And maybe some head work but this may still cost excess of 700 quid in total.

The head work is not necessary, just aids flow better. Plus, you should have ago at doing it yourself!

Sparewheel went ages ago. Looks like it's gonna be a cam and remap. What cam would be best for money/power?

Lucky boy to be able to afford an Evo within the year and still to be able to afford a cam and remap.

Wouldnt you be better just puttin the mullars towards the Evo or puttin it aside for bits for the Evo if your gettin rid of the VTR?

If you still gona get the cams, Top bloke :-)
