Cam fitment wots needed?

Hey just wondering/planning ahead to whats needed for my mechanic to change my cam if i go ahead with it, whats needed exactly, the cam obviously + got some cam lube. the cam uses the same followers. anything else, some sort of instructions or that? cheers :y:

new valve springs is a wise choise and also while the head is off change the cam belt.

cam belt was changed only a year ago would it still be ok? also where to pick up valve springs?
