ALRIGHT GUYS,

I WANT TO TURBO MY VTR BUT I WANT TO DO IT MY SELF.. ANY IDEAS OF WHERE I CAN BUY THE PARTS FROM AND WHICH ONES ARE NEEDED...??

I KNOW CITUNING SAY THEY DO THE CONVERSION FOR JUST UNDER £3000 AND THE PARTS THEY USE ARE:

Garret Hybrid Turbocharger
Stainless Steel 4 Branch Manifold
Stainless Steel Down Pipe incorporating 'Sport Cat'
Stainless Air Inlet Pipe
Green Air Filter
Stainless Steel Boost Hoses
Silicone Hoses as required
Aeroquip Oil Feed Pipe and Non-Return Valve
Aeroquip Oil Cooler Hoses and 10 Row Cooler
Remote Oil Filter Kit
Modified Sump
Heatshield & all Mounting Brackets & Hardware

BUT COULD'NT I JUST BUY THE PARTS MYSELF AND DO IT...???
IS IT POSSIBLE...???

of course you could do it yourself

and depending on the boost you run, this will determine how much else you need to spend on the likes of forged pistons etc...

yeah im at the FCS.

Think it may be wise to consultant the insurance before you go doing anything, may save you a lot of money! i.e. no point paying the money and the hard work to do it and then not be able to get insured
