well i dunno if it is true but someone told me putting a induction kit on it, takes its toll on the car and is not worth it.

thats not true all your doing is allowing more air in, i suppose technically the engine is working harder but its wont make that much difference

1stly dont listen to old wives tales.

the only thing that will shorten a cars life is abusing it. not servicing it properly etc....
