Hi would a VTS + performance exhuats and de cat and BMC INduction add to about +10BHP?
so perhaps 130BHP? also what BHP extra if any would a new 4 - 2 -1 manifold do?

Probs mate, one of my mates has a 106gti and when he got an inclosed induction kit and performace exhaust with a decat there was a noticable difference in performance. Probs be lookin at around 130ish with them mods, but also depends on how fit ur engine is to start with! Get it on the rollers and see!

I'd say 130 was a realistic guestimate.
The other improvements will show lower down in the rev range also. Not all about peak power.

I got 135bhp at fly with same as you but with a 4-2-1 manifold so i'd say you'd get 127bhp

With what you mentioned 125bhp-128bhp, either of the two types of 4branch manifold 4-2-1 or 4-1 will greatly help reach the 130bhp mark.
4-2-1 for low to mid range improvements
4-1 fo mid to high range improvements
If you decide to get a manifold spend a bit extra and get some heat wrap to keep all the heat in the manifold and away from the rest of the engine bay :-)

just as an aside we've seen good gains on the rollers with the Raceland even at top end. Certainly the o/e manifold appears restrictive

i wouldn't say that a BMC, exhaust and decat would achieve an extra 10bhp more like 7bhp imo!! but who knows, get it on the rollers and find out! you would make 130bhp with ease if you slapped a 4-2-1 on there though!

All depends on the car really, remember thats assuming the car is running
120bhp as standard. Most cars sit under their quoted max bhp figures.
Not often u find on thats exact or above lol, besides mine :p

i was told when on rollers that my power with the raceland 4-2-1 was great at top end never lost power up to 7000rpm so they are still good top end.
