Wouldnt have thought so mate, will need to be modified if it does.

measure the diameter of the air intake on the 306 and the diameter of the filter and you'll be able to figure it out from that mate!

no it wont, differnt sized air intakes, the 1.4 will be to small of a diameter to fit round the throttlebody bit
