Mates BMC..?

My mate is getting a BMC on thursday and wants to know where to attach the small breather filter to the breather pipe. He has a 2000 VTR and on his saxo at the moment is a pipercross air filter where the breather pipe fits nicely into it. But on the BMC there is no were to attach the beather pipe he is going to get a breather filter and wants to know how to attach it to the pipe? He doesnt want to cut the original breather pipe. Does the filter simple clip on the end with a jubilee clip? Thanks alot much appreciated REP given

you can just get a mini breather filter that attaches to the end of the pipe, there not that costly prob looking at around 10-15quid

How do you attach it to the existing pipe though does it just clip on the end?

i think i cut some of the inner section off because the existing one is to tight to fit on. im sure i didnt clip it easy cause it fitted tight

i used a plumbing part and then jubilee clipped my pipe on ill get a pictture tomorrow

basically cut the pipe a bit were it joins to the breather from standard filter box then hammered the plubing fixture in, dont worry it will all go back to standard if you ever want it to
