the omp one will be good but the tailpipe is too long and thin for my liking.

The OMP should return the best gains in performance at a price though, as Dan the Man just pointed out by his views not everyone likes the small pee-shooter tailpipe +it will give a Very Raspy note again not to everyones likes.
Make sure that unless your running with your cat in the manifold which being a later R you mite, the OMP system will completely do away with the cat which is a MoT failular straight away.
I personally would go for the OMP but Id try and find someone with it fitted so you can hear what it sounds like before ordering it - could get very tierd of the drone on a long motorway drive

The OMP will produce the better performance of the 2, but the tailpipe looks gash imo.

Agree :y:
If you wasnt bothered about the look of the tailpipe I would buy it, could always have the tailpipe removed and a 2.5'-3' tailpipe trim welded on.

Nah that tail pipe is pure porn on the OMP!
But Im a Rally Guy and I know that the OMP system is about function and not form.

well im thinking of filled standard recess and then something like the omp or a hidden backbox, getting the euro feel going

:clapping: Top comment, after all when your driving you dont care what it looks like.
I Personally think any mod not matter what Can work as long as it fits in with the overall style of the car ie you wouldnt fit an OMP to a massive kitted car as the tailpipe would be too small the same goes for if you had a Rallye Slag and had a Twin Exit jap style exhuats it wouldnt work - but on the rite cars both can work nicely.
Its all about mods complimenting mods :y:

why dont OMP make that exhaust system with a larger backbox....then more would probably buy it.
