i have a mk2 car with mk1 vtr engine (just on change over) just wondering how much bhp if any i will get by putting a decat pipe on. i already have a gmc 4-2-1 manifold and power flow stainless exhaust system. cheers people:afro:

SO you are 90bhp standard, You probably have around 98ish with the full system, decat and fanimold I guess :)

i agree with shaggers you'll probs see about 97-98bhp with a 4-2-1, and decatted full system, get yourself a decent induction kit too and push for the 100bhp mark mate!

Agree with S34MER!! - Get a decent induction kit ( not an open filter - you will prob loose bhp there...) make sure its an enclosed one like a BMC Carbon CDA or a viper etc and 100bhp should be within reach, if your engine is also well maintained.

I didn't notice much difference with my De-cat so I took it off. Saying that it didn't fit very well. May buy another better made one when I get my fannymold.
