Alright people!
I've recently acquired a '51 plate vtr, which has replaced my '99 vtr.
I've been looking for an induction kit - an enclosed one. One that gives the motor a wee roar but is more powerful than it sounds.
I've had my eye on a BMC Carbon Fibre Induction Kit... and it's worth just shy of 200 quid.
Think it would be worth it?
I've heard BMC are real good, but I want a second... third, probably a fourth opinion on this? Haha.
Cheers!!

the BMC is not as loud an open filter such as a normal cone filter. the gains are better than an open one as its not sucking in all the hot air from the engine
i paid £85 for my BMC second hand, there are copies of the BMC out there(ebay) such as the EVO Sport one.
if your are wanting an enclosed air filter then there are only three real ways to go imo BMC, Green Enclosed or Pipercross Viper, however you can get a copied one of these and put a different filter in it

I got myself a BMC enclosed filter today.
Sounds the mutsnuts in the higher revs and the motor pulls better too :d

They look the best in the Engine bay I reckon and seem to make good
results.
I say go for it.
