S1 Rallye head/inlet etc+VTR bottom end=???

I've been told that this can reap great power increases??

Was talking to a guy at the first retro cars show and he had a S1 rallye with a VTR bottom end and was running 120+bhp and this was verrified on the Rolling road at the event. Has anyone else heard of this conversion? How complex is it? Is it worth putting the Rallye head Etc on my VTR engine?

iv heard of the ralley inlet but not ralleye head

it is a quite a hardish job and need alot of setting up

there has been a few threads on it lately

iv only seen 2 cars running ralleye inlets and they were both on ssc so have alook on there aswell

Cool thanks for the info. Maybe he meant the inlet but he said the Rallye top end mated to the VTR bottom end.
