Was thinkin about putting an induction kit on my 1.4i, i know i gota sort the exhaust system out as well.
but will havin the induction kit on it lower the life of the engine, some one sed to me that it lets all the crap into the engine and f***s it up.
is this true???

no its not a sthe car has a standard induction kit already on it. also changing the filter for a better one will let less shit in

Engine will be fine with an induction kit mate.

the aftermarket kits usually have a better filtration rate than the o/e filters.
As long as you stick with a reputable brand then its fine

Good advice really, there are alot of cheaper filters on the markets these days on places like eBay and other online shops. Try to stick to the well known brands if you worried about filtration problems - K&N, Green, Quickshif, BMC, Pipercross etc etc
Try somewhere like www.performancecentre.co.uk to see what is out there for your fitment then take it from there really :y:
