to be honest mate your fighting a loosing battle tuning the 1.4 unless you have a bit of cash.
Best start is an enclosed induction kit and full exhaust system and manifold.
After that your either looking at a cam and a remap then throttle bodies. OR leave the cam and either turbo or supercharge it

not really worth it is it on the 1.4?
Strip out the interior and save a bit of weight instead!

yep strip it as well.
Its not worth tuning the 1.4 unless you have a fair bit of cash to spare look at GMC taiwanese(sp) race car, its was a 1.4 and it made 250 at the wheels!

no idea mate think the throottle bodies themselves are around 2 grand, then mapping and/or anything else you may want like high comp pistons wild cam etc... email or phone them and they will give you a pricesmileys/happy.gif

Ouch didn't realise they were that expensive.....
Although it's half a turbo converstion i thought it was more like a grand or something.
Ok change of mind ha ha
