AAnyone know of any good looking, nice sounding, not too loud exhaust system?
Looking for a full stainless steel one, around the essex area to be fitted, as im not courageous enough to fit it myself!
Piper? Mongoose? Magnex? Scorpion?

Hi, I'm new here mate.
I don't know if this is your cup of tea, but here's a pic of the rear of my exhaust. It's a Scorpion, full system, with a Scorpion cat bypass pipe. The tail pipe is 3.5" which is kindda big for a small car, but I like it...:y:
It's obviously gonna make some noise, as it's got no cat, but it's a unique noise, quite high pitched compared to most other exhausts. Scorpion are now the "Pugsport" exhaust IIRC...?

Magenx are very good too. If it's power you are seeking, you need to choose wisely. Companies such as Magnex and Scorpion have spent a lot of research with their systems, to get the best performance result. But the more tuning you do, the more important it is getting the right back pressure for your engine performance.
At the end of the day, if you are going performance mods with your car, you will need a system that will suit these mods. The Scorpion and Magnex systems that you buy 'off the shelf' are a good choice for some light modifications. If for example, you are planing to turbo charge your car, and run somewhere over 200 BHP, then you'll obviously need to think about a different system!
Depending on how good these custom exhaust manufacturers are, and how much time they spend on building you the best system for your car, will depend on how good the results are. I doubt they will spend a lot of time TBH. Best bet is to go with a well known system, such as Scorpion or Magnex for performance purposes, but if you are just looking for styling, then "the world is your oyster" as they say! ;)
