hi,
i going to copy a friends chi, but i need to know how to cancel or remove immobilizer,
my vts is 98 model, it starts with a code

would need to unlock the ecu or get an aftermarket alarm to take it out the circuit

it has a keypad.
how would i unlock to ecu?
if i was to unplug the keypad, would that work

yes it would.
I done that with a '98 model vts, and it worked

i've chcked that site but as i chechked it that site is not for keypad immobilisers, today im going to try to unplug , or if i could find some one who works with chips, then he could maybe enter my code now using now nd it could work.

yes it worked, i started the car and openden the keypad and unpluged it while the car was running, and now there is no immobiliser and i can copy the superchip and insert into my ecu without problemssmileys/happy.gif

ok how about removing immobiliser without a keypad?
