Hi im wondering whats the cheapest way I can get a brand new supercharger.I mean without having to get new pistons etc.Just a basic supercharger and how much can I get it for?

Also im looking at getting cams and apparently iv been told that instead of getting a remap I can just use an air and fuel controler.is this true?

All help appreciated.Thanks

I would contact someone like GMC or carworx and see if they can advise you on the supercharger.

Yeah... But the words 'cheap' and 'supercharger' don't go well together. Or, you could think of it as 'cheap' + 'supercharger' = 'pain.'

Good advice :y: :y:

There maybe other kits out there but these two really know what their doing when it comes to supercharging the TU engine.

Dont expect anything to be Cheap when your talking about superchargers, also remember to include beefing up the transmission ie clutch and bigger brakes in your budget.
As a decent kit could take a 8v/ 16v pushing around the 100bhp (middle ground for the two) upto around 140/150bhp maybe more then the standard brakes will be pushed to the limit so well worth investing money there :y:

you can pick up superchargers cheap, ebay offers some mini super chargers for cheap. However its not the best super charger in the world and then you also have the expense of getting the mini charger to work as its to big for the normal location so a lot of custom fabrication will haev to take place.

You could run with MF2 controlling extra injectors. Load of other expenses to that your over looking
