just ordered my powerflex lower engine mount and searched for a guide on how to fit but no luck, anyone got a guide on how to fit or some handy tips?

whack a screw driver in to snap old bush.
push new 1 in.
job done.

arent u meant to put a certain weight onto it i.e 2 tonne?

a word of warning....
my old engine mount took 42 tonnes to press it out...
I will be pressing the new powerflex one in using my vice (hopefully) i will let you know how i get on

dont press old 1 out. whack a screw driver inbetween teh plastic and the mount body and it will snap the bush. then pull it out and poush your new 1 in. no way should you need to use 42 ton.

i used a minisaw to cut the old one out and pushed the poweflex one in by hand, easy.
took about 15 mins in total.

I tried that williams! didnt want to budge, thank god ive got a mate with acess to a press.... its done now and i will be fitting it on thursday, does it make it proper loud or just a little?

not loud, just vibrates the car on cold starts.

how much are people paying for these? i got rid of mine a while ago and cant remember where or how much i payed. motorsport world want £25.
