Hey,
I was looking through the service records last night from my gran when I got the car from here back in september and I cant see anything about a cambelt change since the car was new nearly 7 years ago.
The cars done 21,075 miles (I think, just dove it aswel lol) so i think it will need doing

as long as you get it to top dead centre and mark it all up you will be fine
take the top cam cover off and on the pully you will see a round hole that needs to be lined up against the locking point behind it on the head
once thats done put a drill bit in there
mark the bottom pully and take belt off put new on and jobs a good one before you start the engine turn the engine over by hand a few times just incase anything has moved if it has you wont be able to turn it and somethings moved
where abouts in hull you from
