dont have to be hight temp paint mate, just when you do it leave it off the car for a good week to fully harden with at least 4 coats of laquer

manifold:
you can get proper mainfold paint that is normally black, its classed as a high temp paint on the tin. pritty good stuff and makes it look tidy ;)

Cam cover:
any normal car spray paint will do mate.
make sure you sand the existing paint off the cover, then wipe it all clean.
spray a few coats of primer onto the cover, the a few coats of the color you want, then a few coats of laquer, ensure you leave plenty of time for each coat to dry ;)

get a new cam cover seal from citroen to when fitting the cover back on, this will stop any little annoying oil leaks as the seal can leak after its been off, the heat make its crack after a while lol
