you can have my standard VTR backbox if you like, and i'll pay you cash in your favour for your backbox? upto you?

but you should be able to pick up a 1.1 backbox from a scrappy mate!

no problems mate, yeah a VTR backbox would be a straight fit mate, but you may have to cut a small semi circle in your bumper to allow it to fit correctly, or you could just bend the brackets and you wouldn't need to cut anything!

any idea how much you'd want for your backbox if i p/x my standard VTR one?

btw it wouldn't be any louder than your 1.1 box!

you'd most probs have to cut it off mate, but its an easy job, just hacksaw it off!

Any small exhaust shop/fitter ie non Kwick-Fit/Hi-Q/Mainstream chain exhaust tyre shop should be able to give you a decent price for a back box or a 1.1. Check Yellow pages for local shops.

Also try www.eurocarparts.com that should give you a ball park figure. Or why not just stick a cheap after market exhaust like a Mild Steel Peco or Sportex - You should be able to pick up one for under £100 if thats your thing.

www.performancecentre.co.uk , www.motorsportworld.co.uk and www.tuning.co.uk/vauxshop/ is a good place to start for aftermarket back boxes.
