anyone actually bother to change this? don't even think the citroen garages bother

didn't know whether to post this in general chat, it's as much a joke as a serious question :P

ha! yeah you're right. Though being lucky enough not to have hay fever more often than not I have the window at least slightly open.

doesnt work for me, i still have a sneezing session whilst driving, have to pull over too if it gets bad, looks like i drive along head butting the steering wheel.

What is this?

If you have the haynes manual there's a pic of it page 3-11 no.9.28a. Looks like a spongy thing - I've never bothered to change it as it entails taking the windscreen wiper arms off and the poss the wiper motor by the look of it... seems too much hassle for what it is! Don't know how good it is at stopping pollen - think it's more to stop grit and leaves getting in the blower.

If it was easy Id just do it for the sake of it but seeing as its abit envolved its not worth it. Better off just driving in swimming goggles to keep out the pollen :y:

I imagin so, most cars after a certain date pretty much had them as standard but you wouldnt know unless you trail through old main dealer service records to see if the dealer ever changed them.
