What is the optimum rpm to change gear? Just got a shift light and i want to set it up right!! Thanks Ben

5 1/2k revs in vtr mk2 98bhp i believe, me in my vtr 90bhp feeling around 5k nothing much after that!
get out there and floor it! feel the torque!

is your vtr cammed mate?
if its standard/just got the usual breathing mods - full system, manifold, induction kit, i would say about the 5500k-5600k mark.

i would agree with the above. nothing more than 5.5k revs.

nope, i thought you would be able to splice the wires teh the rev gauge?
