How to remove vts cam ladders?

I want to take the whole lot off and re seal it all.

Is this easy to do?

Ive been told before i need to take the cambelt off to do this? Is that true? I would imagine so as the cams sit inside the ladders dont they!?

Or would my best bet be to just give it to a mechanic and pay for it all to be done?

for the ammount of times you will use it i would get one

add to the fact alarge percentage of people bodge stuff on their cars imo.

when playing with the head there is usually a set sequence you must do stuff.
