The hole is for the 02 senser mate, if you have a cat the other sensor needs to go in a sleeve, that can be purchased from GMC motorsport:y:
the hole is for the co2 sensor! its a simple screw out of old screw in new.
just buy a manifold fitting kit from cit/pug. the loose part is a flange, you have one on th exhaust they BOLT together not clamp

it depends on if you have a sensor hanging loose?
tbh i dont think you should attempt to fit it yourself byt the sounds of it, id let a person who knows what theyre doing do it.

ive allready told you buy a manifold to exhaust fitting kit!
it has a metal O ring, springs, nuts and bolts!
AND TAKE IT TO A GARAGE PLEASE!

you should also have a wooden board to put infront of the rad to stop putting a hole in it.
id also get new manifold head bolts to.
