ye was gunna go for red sparco one mate...mmmm intresting cheers bud
good good, theyre alot stronger than the 'style whore' braces no matter what the people say who have them!
the omp and sparco are alot stronger and made from better materisals, so will actually do the job properly!
rather than just looking pretty and shiny :P

The front ones supposed to be only a small difference anyway, depending on the car and how its setup etc most might not even notice it.
Its the bottom one that does all the legwork and gives a much bigger dirrerence :) Get yours fitted

lol no point in a ally strut brace, needs to be firm and strong, take ya spare wheel off to save weight..

the upper strut brace comes into effect when you have better tyres / suspension than standard as they put greater loads through the chassis.

one question.....has anyone fitted a lower strutbrace at the back????
one more info.....if you have the front upper one...If your car hits/or you hit it at one side....it is probable that the impact will have an effect on the other side too couse then they are linked with the strutbrace....
can anyone put up a pic of the lower one at the front so that I can see where it is attached....tnx!!!

this was covered days ago!
A REAR STRUT BRACE DOES NOT EXIST! saxos dont have struts at the rear to brace.
a lower front brace attaches to where the lower leg is where the wishbones mount irc

Cant have a strut brace on the rear on 106s/saxos mate! Can only uprate
ARBs or the Torsion Bars!
I think a lot of people forget to correct the fittings of the upper strut brace.
Mine wasn't tightened up at all when first fitted, will be doing it properly when I
refit it.
Just a bit of warning Mikey, expect the paint to flake off and it to rust if you
stick it straight on. Mine was a state after about 8 months.

Glad you said that man, i couldnt work out how the etec strutbraces could actually work considering the orientation and design of the thing.

they flex to easily, look weak, and im tired of hearing people talking bollocks trying to convice themselves that they have not just wasted another £50 on a style mod.
