help with chip and g box

hi ya all i have a mrk1 vtr with induction kit 4in to 1 manifold de cat pipe, cams ported and pollished head and a uni chip, but she packed up traced to the chip, got some wiring diagrams and by passed it but my gear box is on its last legs to just wondering how much you think it would cost to sort my chip out and getting her back to her best and what kind of price i should be paying for a good box, as need to use the car. im in devon near exeter if any one knows any were to do the chip

remove the chip

get the ecu remaped properly none of this unichip shite.
