Ok my exhaust has started to blow, i should be unhappy but hey now i can spend money without annoying the GF. Only problem is i planning on swapping the VTR lump to a VTS in October and dont wat to blow 250 quid on a exhaust if it wont fit. SO my question is if i buy a piper exhaust for my 1999 VTR when it comes to fitting the VTS manafold to it will it work ?
any help appreciated
cheers tim

Any decent fitter of engines if your not doing it yourself should be able to adjust any pipework that doesnt line up.
But if your system is blowing and a 16v conversion is on the cards, personaly Id buy a 16v exhaust - store it until the lump is in and by a pattern part to take you from now to then.
Also in the inbetween time Id sourch a decent 4branch manifold aswell to maximise the 16v's performance along with the exhaust for when you fit the new lump.
But thats just what Id do.
