i have a 1.4 westy, the exhaust centre section has seen better days, i was just wondering if the vtr or vts exhausts were the same but i may answer my own question and say doubt it because the one on my westy is pencil thin.
im not sure about the vtr being the same as they are slow as feck but what about the vts exhausts.
i fixed my exhaust today after finding somebody had bodged it badly so i had to do a temporary fix untill i find a new exhaust.
the reason i ask if they were the same or different is because now that i have fixed my exhaust and stopped it from blowing it seems hell of alot slower. and i mean really slower. perhaps its because of the pencil thin exhaust causing some restriction?.
im not looking to spend loads on an oooh ahh wahh exhaust as its only the family run around car but if i can get a standard exhaust and one with a bit more flow to it(ie from a bigger saxo), which one to go for, perhaps vts or vtr if theyre the same and if its a straight fit, if you get what i mean?..
this is not a how do i make my car go faster question!.
