I may be wrong, but i don't think its dependent on the variable being mileage (within reason), it should be dependent on how the car is driven i.e what condition the head gasket will have been put in.
Im no mechanic but a tell tale sign of a head gasket failure is either a good quantity of oil in your coolant or a change of the actual coolant fluid (if indeed you have that coolant fluid type (you will know).

Head Gaskets done go at preditable times, alot depends on condition and type of use, service life etc.
If the car is around the 90k to 100k then Id replace it anyway, but otherwise do it when it goes.

Head Gaskets are funny old things, there just aint no telling when they will let go.
A few of the more hard core engine builders/tuners on here have done or will do theirs around the 100k mark regardless as well as head skimmed and new valves.
If the car is still ok regardless of mileage then carry on with it, just if its over 100k Id personally would take it over 6k on a regular basis and service it more than it needs it to keep it all in top shape.

I think if the head gasket goes… there’s a reason for it unless your just unlucky lol… just make sure it doesn’t overheat… if it overheats just once the head will warp and it will eventually go… keep your eye on the temp gauge and you should be alright.

I wouldnt totally agree with that. But I do agree on keeping a very close look on the running temps
