HOW LOW SHALL I GO?????

OWN A 02 VTS, WANT TO DROP IT ON 15'' VTS ALLOYS BUT HAVE A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS 1) BY HOW MUCH? 40 OR 50MM AND 2) CAN ANYONE RECOMMEND A GOOD SUSPENSION KIT AND 3) SHALL IT BE ADJUSTABLE OR NON-ADJUSTABLE, I DONT KNOW WHICH IS BEST. CAN ANY1 HELP ?!?

for best han dling 40mm. Good suspension kit the gmc 40mm kit or eibach springs and bilstein shortened dampers, non adjustable for me i couldnt be arsed changing it around
