I'm not overly fond on dimma grills, tbh, just do some bodyshop work and take the slats out of your original grill.
As for lowering, 50mm is nice, 40 if you have very shit roads.
The rest sounds good... Tints i'd go for, but don't go full on black.
just darken them.
