Mango Westcoast - Couple of small updates.
Hello all, you may all remember my old Saxo that I bought off Jungle_Jim, Unfortuantly someone drove into the side of my damaging the front passenger corner
Pics:
Lovely, isn't it?
BUT anyway, onto the next project...Yes, you guessed it! A MANGO!
Seen it for a cheap as chips price with only 48K mileage and was going to be broke and destroyed until I came to its rescue!
Heres how I bought it:
Opinions?

So the first thing i did was get the side panel sent off to be fiberglassed as the clips were broke off the VT kit..
In the mean the mean time I went out searching for parts for the car that were shoddy.
First being a grill as the one that was on it was past a joke
And the new one I bought off Mango_Jace in A1 condition!

Few weeks have gone by now and havn't had much chance to sort much out untill today, hence starting the thread today, so started cracking on with it a bit more.
My side panels etc came back all ready to go on, purchased new clips off eBay to stick these back on:

So done a few more bits today and carrying on after this message fitting my new delivery
So, the fuel cap as you can see was a mess so i've had a stab at that.
Before:
During:
After:
Needs more work, as its been on the car i'm guessing and the sun has faded the paint around it so will get this sorted by a PRO.
NEXT, gear knob.... I had some horrible aftermarket SHITE on there as below:
Soon got that changed for a standard VTS one:

Much better?
And finally, just after midday Alanapone came with my MK1 VTS interior along with blackseat belts and few other plastics Cheers mate!
Will be fitting the interior tonight so pictures will be done tomorrow morning!
Thanks for readin, views?

Yeah it was Rich (Scorpion) car lol
Will take a while to get to that stage just getting it 'presentable' first, then I'll start on the 'show car' work... Getting winter out the way before any serious bodywork is done.

Looks good hope you got Alan his 6pack for dropping it off , plans look easy enough to achieve on the outside. A badboy bonnet, abit of smoothing, lowering and a set of rims jobs done
