also you will want new springs, followers and probbly stem oil seals, and then vernier pulley to make the most out of it and then pay someone to fit it all adn then pay £300+for a remap...you wont get change from a grand you'll get between 110-120bhp at an estimate

but you are right for £300 i did my 16v conversion much cheaper
