thinking of doing an engine conversion but my saxo is a single plug ecu, and want to put a vts engine in which has a 3 plug ecu.
i know how to do the mehcanical part, but what involed with changing the loom?
do i have to change anything behind the dash or what?
any info would be great.

i would have thought so. the loom is all the wires from everything. lights speedo fag lighter everything. but you could probable cut and join wires to save stripping the car. but don`t take my word on that , maybe safer just putting the whole loom in to save bother. or ask an autoelectrician he would know

well the cars guna be stripped and thinking of getting the dash flocked.
so i could take every thing out behind the dash and put the new wire from the gti in?

well if its gonna be stripped out anyway, you may aswell just run the whole loom so you don`t get any bother. thats what i would do. but the choice is yours

well. i spose it would be slightly eiser than cutting wire. imo.
