Newman (http://www.newman-cams.com/index.html)PH1 ;), power range of 1.5k to 5.5k.
This along with a catcam vernier pulley should be going in mine very soon :d

The term 're-map' is loosely used in the sense of mapping a stock ECU. It all depends what you want to do in the long run. If you are going to stop after what you have mentioned, then there's nothing wrong with having your stock ECU re-mapped. You're looking at about £400+ BTW... If you were considering installing throttle bodies at a later date, then it would be prudent to purchase a stand-alone ECU, such as an OMEX.

well im planing on doin as much as i can with it apart from going turbo, how much are these standalone ecu,s?

Expensive. You have to sort out the loom too, so costs rise I'm afraid. The ECU on its own, if you go for the 600 series (recommended!) of the OMEX, it'll set you back around £550 - £600. Then there's the loom, (probably around £150) and then you need it mapped on the rollers. (£350 roughly)
As you can see, this is a lot of money. When people talk about going with throttle bodies, the engine management is half the cost! So it's up to you at the end of the day. If you want to save a lot of money, do everything at once. The more sessions you break your upgrading into, the more costly it will become. Hope this helps...

i think you are asking the wrong questions about what cam you require. You will not get a cam for 0-60 runs or top end as you have to look into the cam profile in more detail. Your cam choice is based on your rev range. You can go for a performance cam that adds loads of power to the midrange, which will give a broad power range enabling fast exit out of all corners, more power on tap at slower speeds etc
or you can get a cam that pushes the power up the rev range which is more suited for driving flat out such as circuit racing, though it is more easy to come off cam.
If you are going to turbo at a later date then a high lift cam isnt what you are after and you would be better off spending the money on the turbo conversion, but a mildly uprated cam may be ok.
Pick a brand and tell them what the car is going to be used for and get their recommendation.

first if going bodies you wont need an induction kit. also custom zorst tend to sap power. what is it? supersprint will be fine. have you looked into brakes suspension at all cause thats what you want to do first
