Default swapping engines

hi

if i was to do an engine change what would i haveto do?

iv just bought a corsa gsi to use as a runaround but it needs a new engine, i was thinking about putin a 1.0 or a 1.2 in.

Would my insurance premium be cheaper if i did this?

thanks

Move to engine section it might help more...Mods!

As for insurance, yes it would be cheaper i'd think cos its a smaller engine.

And changing it, unless you know what your doing it'd cost you about 400 at a garage excluding parts.

Wönt be cheaper to insure as it would be classed as a modified car
