i have a 1998 saxo 1.0l scandal
Im 17 and live in walsall, West midlands,
Can any one find me a quote of less than £2500
iv tried everything.
any help would be very much appreicated

Dude nobody can help you get insurance without know so many more details than you have posted above.

It seems that your postcode has a high bearing on your quote amount but the fact you are 17 and wanting to drive a car which a lot of chavs and boy racers smash up, I wouldnt get your hopes up

£2.7k seems about right judging by some of the posts on here

Best you can do is shop around
