insurance claim
My friend was crashed into over a year ago by a man on a mobile phone while he was driving. there were witnesses on his side but the man denied it was his fault. he's tpft so he's claiming off the other man. but he still hasn't got any money. any ideas how to speed up the claim?

hassle the insurance company.. its not uncommon to have to be waiting a year for even minor claims to be sorted in my experience

No way of speeding it up mate, just keep chasing the Insurance company every few weeks, as the log it everytime you call. It took over a year for my GFs claim to get sorted coming from an uninsured driver...
