Left my job and given a weeks notice as stated in my contract.

They are now not paying me, I have to wait an exra week.
I have worked an extra week too, resulting in a next month payment.
My contract is 39hours.
I owe 22 hours holiday and 78 hours pay they gave me upfront.
So infact they owe me money. As they have ballsed up, I wont get paid for till a week later.

Where do I stand... hope this sounds right

Surley if its housr you have worked then you will get paid for, dont think you can claim stuff such as holiday pay or sick pay if your leaving and ahvn't taken them, most people hand in say in you case a weeks holiday the day other there notice so they dont actually work that week and they get paid for it if that makes sence?

No i am not claiming any time,just the hours i worked minus holiday pay (im over what im entitled too) and the 2weeks extra pay they give you when starting.
