go for the top one mate, top one has shocks for front and rear dampers, second one just has springs and rear dampers but no front shocks i think.

saxoboy buddy, they both come with springs and 4 shocks/dampers etc
the top one is supposed to be better... Group N ftw!

top would be better for track, depends how firm you want the ride. id also have custom springs to go with them.
so top isnt necessary better if your down a country lane. depends what you want

what sort of drop do you want could be a factor aswell as customs will be stiffer and wont drop as much

for a purely road car I'd save myself the £50 and purchase the B8 sprintline shocks.
Group Ns are arguably a little stiff for a daily driver although there are many customers who are happy
